Childline
Childline counsellors are currently available on 0800 1111 from 7:30am-midnight Monday-Friday and 9am-midnight at weekends. These reduced hours are due to the COVID-19 restrictions.

Papyrus
Papyrus offer support and advice to young people struggling with thoughts of suicide, or those who are concerned for them. Their HOPEline 0800 068 4141 is available from 9am-10pm weekdays, and 2pm-10pm weekends and bank holidays.
Samaritans
The Samaritans are available on 116123 year-round on 24/7 to anyone in distress who is struggling to cope or having thoughts of suicide. You can also email them using jo@samaritans.org
Young Minds
Young Minds offer support and advice to young people struggling with their mental health. They provide a crisis management text service which you can access by texting YM to 85258
National Bullying Helpline
If you are being bullied at school, college or in work, you can call the National Bullying Helpline for advice and support on 0845 22 55 787. Their lines are open 9-5 weekdays.
Anxiety UK
Anxiety UK offer support and advice to those living with anxiety. Their helpline is available weekdays from 9:30am-5:30pm on 03444 775 774
