About Us

Victim Support Isle of Man is an independent Isle of Man Charity (963) which offers free and confidential support to victims and witnesses (and their families and friends) of crime whether or not it has been reported to the police, and regardless of how long ago the crime occurred.

We are independent of both the Government and the Isle of Man Constabulary although many of its clients are referred by the police.

The work of Victim Support Isle of Man includes providing emotional support for victims of various offences including domestic and sexual abuse, physical or sexual assaults, thefts, burglaries and criminal damage. We also support the families of people involved in fatal road collisions, as well as supporting witnesses through the court process.

The Victim Support office is usually staffed from 8.30am until 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (answering machine 24 hours), but please arrange an appointment to avoid disappointment.
