How We Help
We provide confidential, practical, and emotional support to witnesses throughout the criminal justice process:
- Explain the process so you know what to expect
- Offer emotional support before, during, and after giving evidence
- Arrange a pre-trial court visit
- Provide practical guidance on attending court or meetings
- Connect you with additional services if needed
- Focus on your wellbeing and safety at all times
You decide what you want — we are here to support you through each step.
Witness Service
We support anyone who requires assistance through the court process.
Witnesses who may or may not be the victim.
Family members of the victim or witness.
We can provide:
- A quiet space to wait to give evidence
- A volunteer to sit with you
- Emotional support at all times
- All support is provided free of charge and in strictest confidence.
